Originally from Poland and now proudly calling London home for the past 17 years, Maja Wilinska has carved an impressive path in the beauty industry. With over 17 years of experience in cosmetology and 7 years as an aesthetic practitioner, her journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to learning, sharing, and transforming lives through the power of beauty.

Maja’s dedication to her craft has taken her across Europe, training in countries such as Poland, England, Romania, Italy, Scotland, Wales, Spain, and France. These international experiences exposed her to a diverse range of beauty philosophies and advanced techniques, deepening her expertise. “What truly inspired me was witnessing the transformative power of beauty treatments, not just physically, but emotionally. Seeing how a single treatment could boost someone’s confidence and self-esteem was a revelation,” she shares.

This realization led Maja to address a growing need in the industry: high-quality, well-rounded training that balances technical excellence with artistic insight. As she began training professionals, she quickly recognized the incredible potential among her students. Many went on to open their own successful clinics, a testament to their talent and the value of proper guidance. For Maja, this was more than professional success, it was a calling.

With a clear vision, she founded MW Beauty Academy, a training institution rooted in empowerment, innovation, and community. “I wanted to build more than just a school,” Maja explains. “I wanted to create a space where aspiring beauty professionals feel supported, inspired, and fully equipped to succeed, not only in technique but in business too.”
